Welcome to the NAWGFest 2018 page. Here you'll find information about this open festival of writing and details of how to book. Full details can be found in our brochure.

The current thinking is to have a hybrid arrangement:
- Multiple locations around the nation,
- Online options.
What is the Festival? ↑

On the weekend after the August Bank Holiday, like-minded writers with a broad spectrum of abilities, get together for an exceptional weekend, focussed on improving their writing.
The festival provides:
- Opportunities to network with writers, agents & publishers.
- Workshops run by professional tutors, to improve your writing.
- All meals, including our annual Gala Dinner – a highly entertaining evening.
- Awards ceremony for competition prize winners.
It's an open festival, so all are welcome to join us. Don't be shy we are a friendly group.
Festival Dates ↑
The full schedule is given in the brochure, but here are the dates:
- Friday 31st August 2018,
- Saturday 1st September 2018,
- Sunday 2nd September 2018.

Festival Venue ↑
Following the success of previous years, this year's festival will once again be held at the University of Warwick.

In addition to the main workshops and lectures, there will be a wide variety of additional activities you can take part in. Details are also shown in our brochure.

Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony ↑
One of the highlights of the festival, is the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening. This is followed by an entertaining after-dinner talk and then the Awards Ceremony, where the winners of the 2018 NAWG members' competitions will be announced.

This NAWGFest event is in the past, and so can't be booked.
Prices & Payment ↑

In summary, there are three ways to pay:
- By bank transfer using BACS.
- Online using PayPal.
- By posting us a cheque with your booking form.
