No More Plans
There are no more plans for the website!
Only kidding. I'm simply not going to repeat here what's written elsewhere. From now on, the planning area and the tasks list are the places to go for this kind of information.

Procedure ↑
In general, I'm trying to get the content management processes into a consistent and documented state. This is work that's going on in the background and won't be apparent to anyone else. The longer-term goal is for others to be able to add and edit content, besides the web administrator.
A recent change in procedure, is for content that represents other people's work, and awkward-to-maintain information. This includes things like:
- Winning short stories and poems from competitions,
- Book tasters,
- Content shared by several articles (saves editing multiple times),
- "Fiddly" content, such as NAWGFest price tables.
This kind of content is now stored as external files, which makes it harder to accidentally edit them.
Software ↑
Version 2.7.9 of the website software was released on 13th January 2017. The main change was the addition of the content privacy package (prototype), which is being used to support the restricted areas feature, under test.
Full details can be found in the release history.
