Judith Stronach

Unexpectedly, Judith was born on Christmas Day and remembers the acute disappointment of unwrapping winter jumpers (thoughtfully put aside by her mother in December) on June 25th, her unofficial birthday.

Brought up in London and in Sussex, she has since lived an itinerant life, with spells in Bristol, Sheffield, London, Berkshire, Grimsby and finally Northamptonshire.

A recently retired chartered accountant, she joined the NAWG committee to help with its financial affairs. She also serves as treasurer for Oundle Fringe, an arts festival aimed at newbies seeking an audience and those performing for fun.

Her passions include opera, drama, languages and travel, having visited more than 100 territories. Three rampaging, wire-chewing Norwegian Forest cats dominate her domestic life. An addiction to sudoku, crosswords and computer card games prevent her from spending enough time writing to complete that best seller…
